Family Monthly Contract : Gym Membership

Monthly membership for a family for a minimum term of 12 months. Full access to weight room, cardio machines and classes. For purposes of a family membership, The Center defines a family as a married couple (as defined by Nebraska law) and unmarried children through the age of 18 living within one household. Unmarried children, 19-23 may be on the membership only if the child is a full time college student or is in the military with proper college or military ID. Foster children or other children under the legal guardianship of a parent may be added to a family membership by providing a copy of the official court documents awarding the member custody of the child.
